About This Course:
This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of weight training.  Students will be taught the fundamentals and techniques for improving and developing strength, flexibility and endurance.  Students will also be introduced to a variety of methods and materials for gaining strength, weight control, relieving stress and building muscle endurance.  This course is designed to further develop the advancement of weight training.  This course will be covering developing individual weight training, strength, power, speed and endurance programs.  Students will be instructed on major core lifts, and is not limited to general, sport-specific lifts and agility improvement activities.
